In the second year a mixture of scientific and fundamental engineering topics are studied. The third and fourth years are mainly dedicated to fundamental and advanced engineering courses, including a variety of electives.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical engineering graduates will emerge with a specialized understanding of process engineering, including design, implementation, and improvement of a wide range of processes. The choice of electives will provide additional expertise in topics such as: Advanced materials synthesis and characterization, biomedical applications and energy applications.
